Refund and Return, Cancellation Policy for iTech Web Solutions

At iTech Web Solutions, we strive to provide the best services to our clients. However, we understand that situations may arise where a project needs to be canceled. This Refund and Return & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are processed.

1. Cancellation and Refund Terms

• Cancellation Before Project Start: If a client decides to cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, a full refund will be issued.
• Cancellation After Project Start: If a client decides to cancel the order after the project has started, 50% of the total amount will be refunded. The refund will be processed within 7 days of the cancellation request.
• Domain Name and Hosting Purchases: If the project includes the purchase of a domain name and hosting, the refund will be initiated after deducting the cost of the domain name and hosting. The remaining amount will be refunded as per the above conditions.

2. Digital Products and Services Due to the nature of digital products and services, returns are not applicable. Once a digital product or service is delivered or initiated, it cannot be returned.

3. Refund Processing Time All refunds will be processed within 7 days of the cancellation request, provided that the terms outlined above are met. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
