4. Payment Terms Payment for services must be made according to the agreed-upon terms. Typically, a portion of the payment is required upfront, with the remainder due upon completion of the project. Failure to make payments as agreed may result in project delays or suspension of services.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation Before Project Start: Full refunds are available if the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Cancellation After Project Start: If a project is canceled after work has begun, 50% of the total amount will be refunded, minus any costs for domain registration and hosting if applicable.
• Digital Products: As our services involve digital products, returns are not applicable. Refunds will only be processed in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy.

6. Intellectual Property All work produced by iTech Web Solutions, including but not limited to websites, applications, and designs, remains the intellectual property of iTech Web Solutions until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client will receive ownership rights to the final product, excluding any third-party software or components used.

7. Confidentiality iTech Web Solutions respects the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose any confidential information without the client’s consent, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability iTech Web Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability to the client for any claims arising from our services will not exceed the amount paid by the client.
